TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR PRE-APPROVAL OF FUNDING SERVICES

1. INTRODUCTION

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the relationship between Scale My Beauty Brand, LLC ("Company") and the Client ("you" or "Client") in relation to the pre-approval process for funding services. By submitting an application for pre-approval, you agree to comply with the terms outlined below.

2. NO FEE DURING PRE-APPROVAL

No fees will be charged during the pre-approval phase. This pre-approval process is solely for assessing your eligibility for funding and does not constitute a guarantee of approval or the issuance of funds.

3. PRE-APPROVAL ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

To be eligible for pre-approval, you must meet the following minimum requirements:

A personal credit score of at least 700. No open collections, charge-offs, or recent late payments (within the past two years).A credit utilization ratio below 20%.No bankruptcies within the past five years.

4. INFORMATION ACCURACY

The information you provide during the pre-approval process must be accurate and complete. Any false or misleading information may result in denial of pre-approval or future funding services.

5. CREDIT INQUIRIES

By applying for pre-approval, you authorize the Company to perform a soft credit inquiry for evaluation purposes. This will not affect your credit score. You will be notified in advance if a hard credit inquiry is necessary for full approval.

6. PRE-APPROVAL PROCESS

The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Company's website or upon written notification to the Client.
